"What a place ! Thank you to an instagram influencer who reviewed this place. It was a little out of the way from Bangkok by bus but totally worth it! It was my friends birthday and the staff made it very special for her. We were lucky to get a waterside table and the whole lunch was unhurried and beautiful! The food was divine , so much choice it was difficult to decide. I had the sesame tofu and it was delicious ! I also recommend the sweetcorn soup & the honey toast ! Just wow ! And then you get a trip in a boat too . Unique experience!"

"Definition of Instagram place Really nice private forest where you can cruise in small river like canals. But beside that really good coffee but food is nothing special. Prices are correct but the problem is that it's really far away from Bangkok.. But this could be a good stop before or after visiting Dragon temple since it's in same direction. It has outoor and indoor seating so you will be good from the heat."

"I visited After the Rain Coffee & Gallery on 24 December 2025 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience. We arrived in the late afternoon around 4:30–5:00 PM, which I think is the best time to go. The food was excellent — truly delicious — and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. When you order, the staff will give you a number for the paddle boat ride through the water channels. You can take your own photos and videos by giving your phone to the staff, who are friendly and helpful. The ride itself is a highlight: you drive the boat on your own, it’s easy to manage, and the scenery is lovely. It feels like a calm, enjoyable experience. Be sure to bring some mosquito repellent spray, as the water and vegetation attract insects — it’s not a big issue, just something to remember. After your coffee and ride, around 5:30–6:00 PM, it can be helpful to call a ride-hailing service (like Bolt or Grab) because finding transport at that hour is usually easy and quick. A couple of tips based on our visit: • I don’t recommend arriving closer to 5:30 PM, because the place closes around 6:30 PM, which can make you rush your food and activities. The boat number may also be called while you’re still eating, although the staff will pack your food for you if that happens — but it’s better to avoid the rush by coming earlier. • Arriving around 4:00–4:30 PM is ideal: it’s not too hot, you can enjoy your meal without hurry, and you’ll have plenty of time for the boat ride and photos. Overall, the food was amazing, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was incredible. There’s even a private seating area suitable for families. If you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend allowing a couple of hours in the late afternoon so you can enjoy everything at a relaxed pace"

"Everything about this cafe is fantastic! From the service to the food to the ambiance! It’s definitely worth a visit, even though it's a bit far from Bangkok Center. What makes it even better? There’s no service charge, and all their prices are quite reasonable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and speaks great English too. I absolutely love this cafe!"
